MD Converter: what format combos do you actually need?

When we built MD Converter, our driving use case was simple: we live in Markdown, our clients live in rich text, and the bridge between the two was painful.

Now I'm wondering where to take it next. The most useful thing you can tell me: what format conversions do you actually need that we don't support yet? (HTML → MD, DOCX → MD, MD → PDF, tables, footnotes...?)

Every answer here becomes a candidate for the next release.
